Adem Turan is an Architectural Design Technologist at NEO‑Project Consulting, where he supports the development of digital models, technical drawings, and design coordination for construction projects. With a hands-on background in residential and commercial construction, Adem brings a grounded, detail-oriented approach to design delivery — ensuring constructability and alignment with project objectives from concept through execution.

Adem has experience working with Public Services and Procurement Canada on high-profile initiatives such as the Parliament Hill Centre Block Rehabilitation, contributing to project management workflows including change orders, risk assessments, and tender packages. His prior role as a construction coordinator honed his ability to manage trades, materials, and execution timelines, which he now translates into efficient, buildable design.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Bluebeam, and various 3D visualization tools, Adem bridges the gap between technical design and real-world implementation. He is currently completing his Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology at Algonquin College and is fluent in French at a professional working level.
