We are pleased to announce that NEO International Inc. (operating as NEO-Project.Consulting) has been officially granted a Certificate of Authorization (CofA) by Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), as of September 19, 2025.


This authorization enables our firm to legally offer and provide professional engineering services to the public in Ontario, in accordance with the Professional Engineers Act and Ontario Regulation 941.

The Certificate of Authorization (#100670816) recognizes that 
NEO-Project.Consulting meets the professional, legal, and ethical standards established by PEO and affirms that our engineering services are delivered under the supervision and direction of licensed professional engineers.

What This Means


With the CofA in place, NEO-Project.Consulting is now formally authorized to provide services that fall within the practice of professional engineering — including:


  • Construction project management and oversight
  • Design coordination and constructability planning
  • Engineering risk assessments
  • Schedule and cost evaluations with technical engineering inputs
  • Other services involving the application of engineering principles and judgment


These services are now available to clients in Ontario through a compliant and PEO-authorized business structure.
